Forty changeovers a day, zero excuses

Stage systems, PA, light, video, and power for festivals, run by stage crews that keep the schedule intact from gate to curfew.

A concert stage with blue lights and lasers, two large screens showing performers, and a crowd of people raising their hands in front of the stage.

Forty changeovers a day, zero excuses

A festival is the toughest production discipline there is: multiple stages, back-to-back changeovers, touring riders arriving with contradictory demands, and weather that ignores your schedule. The audience just sees the show – which is exactly the point.

Profox delivers festival production: stage systems, PA, light, video, power and the stage crews that keep a running schedule intact from gate to curfew.

What we deliver

  • Stage, roof and rigging systems for every stage size
  • PA systems tuned for coverage and offsite noise limits
  • Festival lighting and video packages that satisfy touring riders
  • Site-wide power distribution and cabling
  • Stage management and changeover crews
  • Rider handling and advance for every act on the bill

    Frequently asked questions

Can you meet international headliner riders?

Yes. We advance every rider before the festival, flag conflicts early and put equipment on stage that touring engineers accept without a fight – that is what keeps your changeovers on time.

How do you handle noise limits toward the neighbours?

PA design and measurement, not volume knobs and hope. Directional arrays and live monitoring keep the energy inside the site and the readings inside the permit.

    What if the weather turns?

Wind limits, load monitoring and stop procedures are in the production plan from day one. We make the call with you early, based on data – not at the last minute, based on panic.
