    How early should we book technical production?

    For conferences above a few hundred delegates: as soon as the venue is signed. Early involvement means we catch venue limitations – rigging, power, sightlines – while they are still cheap to solve.

    What does conference AV cost?

    Driven by three things: audience size, number of parallel rooms, and streaming ambitions. Send us the programme and we return a fixed quote – not an estimate that grows in the invoice.

    Can you handle presenters who show up with anything?

    Yes. USB-C, HDMI, their own laptop, a phone, a slide deck from 2009 – our presentation management desk absorbs it without the audience noticing.
