Light and Music in Budolfi Cathedral

A Different Kind of Service

Light creates atmosphere. Lighting a church space is always an exciting task, and this project was no exception. To attract more young people, Aalborg Diocese arranged a different kind of service, where lighting and music took center stage. The aim was for the music and the church space, working together, to reinforce an experience that was already a positive one.

I’m speechless at the result. It was incredibly beautiful, and you had to be there to understand the atmosphere the light and the lighting designer could create. You’re an extremely competent team, and wonderful to work with.
